Refund & Return Policy

At Jewellness, we want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

You can return most non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalised or engraved items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


2. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please email us at info@jewellness.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and return address details.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


4. Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@jewellness.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
